Tokhir brought together an initiative team of around ten people, and they began working on various IT projects. They established a company to develop a unified platform: a social network for Muslims. This was the idea that united them. They described their creation as the first worldwide social network for Muslims.
The founders announced that the social network would operate worldwide. However, they could not achieve that scale because they lacked investment in the data centers needed to serve a global online audience.
